UBER EATS: NYT FOOD FESTIVAL
Uber Eats wanted to show up at the New York Times Food Festival with an installation that celebrated the hardworking bike couriers of NYC. So in order to show the incredible amount of food these couriers deliver each day, we designed two seperate photo-momets featuring physically impossible stacks of delivery containers.
With a week left to go until the event, we were asked to redesign and remove anything that looked like it was suggesting an “unsafe working envonment”, so the stacks were seperated from the bikes and reconfigured into towering walls of packaging.
Although though the original idea took a hit, people still enjoyed interacting with the installation.
